1.3.1. How is the decision made?
When making a decision, it is checked whether you meet the conditions to be granted an asylum. If you do not meet the conditions to be granted an asylum, it will be checked whether you meet the conditions to be granted subsidiary protection.
The decision is based on comparison of written records of what you said at the reception of the application and at the hearing. Both records are compared and checked with data from various reports on the state of human rights in your country from relevant international organizations and other sources.
