3 Expedited Procedure
Sometimes a procedure will be carried out in which the decision will be made very quickly, within two months, about which you will be informed, and you can file a lawsuit against the decision. This will happen, for example, in the following cases:
• if it is determined that the subsequent application is allowed;
• if you provide only information that is not important for the procedure;
• if you provide false information or forged documents, if you destroy important documents such as your passport and the like;
• if your statements are incorrect, inconsistent, contradicting each other or unconvincing in relation to the information about your country of origin;
• if you have been in Croatia for some time and only after some time have you expressed your intention to apply for international protection, and you do not have a valid reason for doing so, or if you requested protection so that you would not be forcibly removed from Croatia;
• if you pose a threat to national security or public order in Croatia;
• if you come from a country that is on the List of Safe Countries;
• if you are over 14 years of age and you do not want to provide fingerprints that you are required to provide for the purpose of establishing your identity.
