5 Submitting a Subsequent Application
If your application was rejected or if you gave up on the application, and in the meantime something happened that you consider important for your case, you can submit the application again, in writing or orally in case you are illiterate.
In the subsequent application state everything that has happened in the meantime, which you did not say before, and which is important for the decision. The Ministry of the Interior decides on the subsequent application no later than within 15 days of its receipt. If the subsequent application is approved, it will be decided again whether your application is founded, and the previous decision will be canceled. If your subsequent application is determined to be inadmissible, it will be rejected.
An explanation of the subsequent application is submitted directly to the Reception Center in written form, or orally to be transcribed to a written record, if the person is illiterate.
