8.2.1. What does the right to work mean?

Confirmation that you have the right to work does not mean that you will get a job, but that, if you find a job, you will be able to get a job without special permits. You have the right to work as long as you are in the status of an applicant, that is, until the decision on your application is enforceable.
In the event that you receive a decision refusing to be issued such a certificate of confirmation, you can file a complaint with the administrative court within eight days from the date of delivery of that decision.
