8.3.4. Can my child go to school?

Children have the right to attend elementary and high school. Children are enrolled in school within 30 days from the date of application. If your child does not know the Croatian language, (s)he will learn the Croatian language in supplementary classes and will participate in preparatory classes for other subjects at school.
