You should know that in addition to your rights, you also have certain obligations and that in case of non-compliance with these obligations, you may suffer the consequences:
You are obliged to:
• comply with Croatian laws and regulations and the house rules of the Shelter;
• cooperate with officials;
• allow verification and determination of your identity;
• accept a medical examination before placement in the Shelter;
• appear at the Admissions Office within the deadline set for you;
• respond to the summons for a hearing and cooperate during the entire process of international protection approval;
• stay on the territory of Croatia for the duration of the international protection approval procedure;
• notify the Ministry of the Interior of a change of address within two days from the day of the change;
• comply with the instructions and measures of the restriction of freedom of movement, enforced by the Ministry of the Interior
